Caprese Salad


8 large Roma tomatoes

250g baby vine or cherry tomatoes

3 balls Galbani Mozzarella

Fresh basil

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar



Slice the tomatoes to 1cm thick, keeping some of the smaller vine tomatoes whole.

Place on a serving plate and top with torn or sliced pieces of smooth Galbani Mozzarella and crisp basil leaves.

Season and drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Pronto! Serve immediately.
