Galbani Mozzarella


Galbani Mozzarella is a low fat, soft cheese available in a 125g dry packaged offering (this means the packaging is done without water, ensuring that the freshness and mild, creamy taste is preserved for longer). Fresh Mozzarella is characterised by a fresh, milky taste and soft, delicate texture. It can be enjoyed in many ways and is particularly popular in the summer, enjoyed with fresh tomatoes, topped with a high quality olive oil and decorated with basil leaves. Fresh Mozzarella is one of the most versatile cheeses and can enhance any hot or cold dish.

Mascarpone


Galbani Mascarpone is a fresh, soft cheese made from cow’s milk. It has a milky-white, fluffy, creamy texture and is available in a convenient 250g tub. Mascarpone is known for its versatility as it can turn a variety of meals and simple recipes into an exceptional taste experience. It is most commonly used in Italian desserts like Tiramisu, but can also be enjoyed as a savoury spread, when adding mustard and herbs. Mascarpone can also be used to replace butter and Parmesan cheese in pasta dishes.
